General internet routing issue affecting some US West Coast customers

Please be aware that we have received reports of some internet routes to our US Production datacenter being slow or timing out due to what appears to be general internet backbone related issues with one of the providers for users located on the US West Coast. Since these issues are outside of our datacenters, they are largely outside of our control but we are working with our datacenter provider to try to either re-route or disable these slow connections. US Production issues with dashboard screen after 2.56.6 release yesterday (August 31, 2023)

Yesterday, we experienced an issue with the 2.56.6 release that led to a degraded situation in our US Hosted Production environment. Users may have experienced issues with the dashboard not painting correctly between 5:20-5:59pm CT due to an unexpected impact with the 2.56.6 release to US Production we previously announced.  We are performing a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine the cause and how to prevent it from happening again.
